User Data Deletion Instructions

GokaBiz (formally known as GokaBiz) is a product of Goka AiTech Systems.
In accordance with Meta Platform Terms, Google API User Data Policies, and applicable data protection regulations, users and businesses have the right to request the deletion of their personal data, WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) authorization, and messaging records processed by GokaBiz.
1. Scope of Deletable Data
Upon receiving an authorized deletion request, we permanently purge or anonymize the following categories of data:
- Meta / WhatsApp Authentication Tokens: System user access tokens, WABA IDs, and Phone Number IDs stored for WhatsApp Cloud API message routing.
- Customer & Contact Records: Phone numbers, customer names, delivery addresses, and interaction history stored on behalf of the tenant.
- Messaging & Inbound Logs: Transmission logs, webhook payload history, delivery status timestamps, and lead generation ad responses.
- Tenant Workspace Profile: Business name, branch details, and staff credentials (if requesting full account termination).
2. How to Request Data Deletion
Direct Email Request (Recommended)
Send an official request from your registered email address to our dedicated compliance desk:

Subject Line: Data Deletion Request - [Business Name / Phone]
Information to Include:
- Your full legal name & business trade name
- WhatsApp Business Phone Number ID (if applicable)
- Registered email address on GokaBiz
- Specific scope: Full account purge or WhatsApp data only
⚡ We acknowledge requests within 24 hours and issue a Confirmation Tracking Code upon completion (SLA: 48 business hours).
Meta / Facebook App Settings
You can immediately revoke GokaBiz's access to your Meta account at any time:
- Log in to your Facebook / Meta Business Manager account.
- Navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites.
- Locate GokaBiz (or GokaBiz) in the list of connected apps.
- Click Remove to revoke all active tokens and disconnect permissions.
- Meta will trigger an automated webhook callback to our servers to delete cached user identifiers.
3. Statutory Retention Exceptions
In compliance with Indian taxation laws (Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017) and accounting standards, financial transaction records (such as issued tax invoices, payment receipts, and GST filings) must be retained for the statutory period (typically 6-8 financial years). Such data is archived securely in encrypted form, separated from operational databases, and never used for active processing.
